Sunday Morning
As I've been restless with my music lately, I started looking around at different radio streams. Why has it taken me this long to discover I-tunes radio? This morning, I took some time to pull some radio streams into my own playlist. Here's a sampling of some of my new discoveries:
Prolocation: IranianRadio.com - Persian Traditional Music
Punk 45 Radio (vintage punk rock and new wave vinyl)
Octane365 (rockabilly,oldies,surf)
The 1920s Radio Network (20s, 30s, 40s, Old Time Radio)
Japan-A-Radio (World Asian Japanese JPop)
CBC Radio 3 (Canadian independent)
Whisperings (piano solos)
Of course, I didn't list the stations we already listen to, but they're there as well (Most of the college radio stations are listed). I didn't see WOJB (WI reservation station) or Ween radio, and the International category was lacking. They had an "exercise radio station," but who's to say I want to listen to dance music while working out? I would rather listen to Elliot Smith--ha!
