The Rain, The Snow
Reflections
Orange peel
in my hair
leaky eye
who really cares
Chocolate whatchamacalits
that's what I see
in my face
arms, thighs and knees
Socialization is hardly apt
my brain waves are surprisingly tapped
Traffic is in a daze
headed nowhere into the maize
Tell me there is light
to get me through the pace
Tell me to smile
before forgetting I have a face
Tell me there is light
to get me by today
For someone to say
come my way
come my way
Orange peel
in my hair
leaky eye
who really cares
Chocolate whatchamacalits
that's what I see
in my face
arms, thighs and knees
Socialization is hardly apt
my brain waves are surprisingly tapped
Traffic is in a daze
headed nowhere into the maize
Tell me there is light
to get me through the pace
Tell me to smile
before forgetting I have a face
Tell me there is light
to get me by today
For someone to say
come my way
come my way

It sounds like you are back at work... I like your post, but it makes me sad I'm not there to cheer you up. I'm hibernating tonight, and eating Phish Food--talk about chocolate covered whatchamacallits.
come my way holly! i hear the drive up here is mighty pretty! i have some friends from the LA area, so maybe in my time off this spring or summer i'll hitch a ride down with them and hang out on the beach with ya'll!!
